* WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW LONG DELIVERY?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders regardless of value and weight. Shipping to anywhere in the United States.
* No hidden fees guaranteed.
Orders can take 10-12 days, although most of the time they arrive earlier. We use that timeframe to review any potential delays in shipping, which are unfortunately beyond our control.
* HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
All orders from Gaugaupet.com are sent via a trackable method.
You can easily check the tracking status by entering your Order Number (ex: "8815") and your personal email on the Order Tracking Page
* HOW TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE?
Once you have reached the checkout stage, enter your discount code in our discount bar and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.
Please note, only one promo/discount code can be redeemed per order.
* WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm CST.
Please allow up to 1-2 business days from order confirmation to dispatch.
Orders placed on Holidays or Weekends will begin to be processed the next business day.
* SHIPPING TO ANYWHERE OF US
We are proud to offer shipping to all US states. However, there are some locations we cannot ship to because logistics need to allow it. If you are from one of those places, we will contact you.
* AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by your location, usually USA 10 - 12 days
* Maximum delivery time – 12 days.
This does not include our 1 - 2 business day processing time.
All shipping times do not include clearance/customs delays
* TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
* LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Gau Gau Pet is not liable if an incorrect address is set during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before processing your order. If we make a mistake, we will be fully responsible for the original order made to you without charge.
* WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
If you order two items on the same day, in most cases you will receive them in one package. However, if one of the items you ordered is running out of stock, that's when you can get it before the next one. So don't panic if you don't get all your items at once…they will reach you!
* WHAT DOES BEING PROCESSED MEAN?
We have received your order and we are checking the quality and preparing your order for shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:30pm CST. Please allow up to 48 hours from order confirmation to dispatch.
Orders placed on Holidays or Weekends will begin to be processed the next business day.
* WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the goods..

* I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN DO I GET IT?
Please allow 24-48 hours to receive tracking information after your order has been shipped.
If you still have not received your tracking information within this timeframe after your order has been shipped, please contact us at support@gaugaupet.com
* OH NO, I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOUR! I PUT IN THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, contact us as soon as you can and we CAN work it out.
However, we cannot make any promises. We usually start processing your order as soon as you place it.
If your order has already been shipped, rest assured. We will still try to get it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
* WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULT?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standards and quality. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

* HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASES?
You can pay by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or PAYPAL.

* DO YOU CHARGE ANY CUSTOM FEES?
For our US customers, you will be charged Customs Duty by your local government on gifts and other goods sent from outside the US if they exceed a certain value.
Depends on the goods you buy and the state where you live. The common tax rate is 7% - 9%. You can get more information by contacting your local authority.
